Jessica is, for most clients, the first voice they hear when they reach out to the firm, and the person who makes sure nothing falls through afterwards. As Case Manager and Legal Assistant she handles client relations, scheduling and the day-to-day running of the office, which holds a practice together in ways that rarely make it onto a website.

She is fluent in Spanish, which matters in a practice where a person's first contact with a law firm is intimidating and often not in their first language. She sees part of her role as making that first step easier: remembering your name, returning your call promptly, and making sure your appointment runs on time.

Colleagues describe Jessica as the quiet engine of the firm. Clients tend to put it more simply: she is the reason they felt looked after from the first phone call.
